Showers are in rooms with only a curtain to separate, very slow lifts
Excellent location for large corporate hotel. Professionally staffed and wonderfully anonymous.
Only downfall for me was lack of pillows ( though info digest in room suggested this could be resolved by reception )
Location luxury value
All good
Location
The staff acts in the hotel as a workplace and not a place where people come to relax
Location was great. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Check-in was painful. Took almost an hour to check-in. Room was very small which was ok but the bathroom/shower setup was not designed well. Running the shower resulted in water all over the bathroom floor since door not good and could not put bathmat down because of door clearance. The water temperature would fluctuate during a shower from scalding hot to cool.
Location, facilities,restaurant
Great location but will nickel and dime you
Stay on an upper floor for a great view of the city.
Arrived early on our first night and even though we were staying 2 nights, charged 2 euros per bag until our room was ready. 8 euros total. Also the internet was not included in the price.
The location in combination with a room with view
The price of the WiFi use is crazy!
Needs Work
Location is great, price was fair, view was good and bed was pretty comfortable.
Room setup is kinda funky... The shower is open to the room with clear glass doors all around which would be a bit awkward depending who you're traveling with. There's a curtain to divide the room but it still weird... Cleaning is sub-par. Bleach stains on the floor never look good. Sink wasn't draining which was an easy fix for us but the faucet was hanging on like a loose tooth. Overall the room we had needs a good once-over. That was one of 1000+ rooms available so that might be different than many others.
I wasn't a concern of theirs
It didn't take me long to figure out that customer service was not a main priority. I had to ask to have my air conditioner checked three times before they moved me to a different room. It was clearly an inconvenience 2 the customer service desk to do this. They also had me pack up all of my things and bring everything all the way down 28 floors before they would tell me where my new room would be. It would have taken a lot less time just to know and put my things on a cart and go directly to the room I was being transferred to. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I even checked out a day early and they didn't even say anything about it. It was almost like, they looked at my situation as though it was my problem and why should they do anything for me?
The fact that the staff did not care. The hotel is completely surrounded buy a square that smells like garbage and urine. There were protesters and police officers everywhere. Until late at night I could hear chanting over and over about Middle East War.
Very good location. Close to everything
Rooms are a little small
location, close to shops and public transportation
checking in reminded me of Las Vegas. Very slow and long lines. Rooms were very small. Toilet in closet like room next to shower with glass.
Awesome location with perfect view which I do not regret I requested. Good room with perfect design and huge window.
1) Slight wind from under the door. 2) Some sound from probably disco bar or something late at night. 3) No free WiFi internet even in the hall!!! 4) No space in fridge for our own food. It was stuffed with their expensive mini-bar stuff.
Location was great, and the bar was really nice too. on arrival we were told that the bar on the top floor did not exist anymore so that was a little disappointing.

Good location and good breakfast
The location of the hotel for fantastic for sightseeing - very central with good access to busses and trains. The staff were helpful and the accommodation very comfortable. Will definately stay again.
All good
Excellent central location. Room well-laid out, warm, comfortable, very clean, nice hot shower. Stunning view! Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Queues to check in. Very loud music outside hotel which started about 22.00 and was still going strong at 2.30, when I finally fell asleep. Coffee cold at breakfast, as they put it in pots which were then left on the table throughout breakfast service.
Great location and tidy rooms.
Panorama terace was not worth the hype.
the Sunday brunch!
room was a little bit small - no much room between bed and desk
Location. Nice room but small, Great view
Quality of accesories, ie. towels, toilet paper, soaps and shower products. Also they charged guests to access their Panorama Terrace which is advertised as a positive point to the hotel, we found this a bit rude to say the least. Breakfast was expensive and there was no cheap option for my wife who doesn't eat much for breakfast
The toilet facilities are not satisfactory. It is a problem, that the toilet almost is situated in the middle of the room with poor privacy.
Clean room with great location.
The Internet access was very expensive. Restaurant was well furnished and great service but the food was a joke.
