Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many also appreciated the comfort of the beds in several rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the small size of the rooms, issues with cleanliness, and negative experiences with service, including unprofessional staff and complicated check-in processes. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort were highlights, improvements are needed in room size, cleanliness, and service quality.

Pros (+) The friendly staff made this hotel even better. Also, it was cheap and cheerful with nice clean well decorated room and good location in the gay district. Easy train travel to see the sights of Berlin. I also recommend Pizza Luna down the street for food.
Cons (-) The room was way too hot when we got there but after several hours with the window open it was perfect.
