Pros (+) Not much to like, though the neighborhood is OK, it's very far from everything.
Cons (-) No air conditioning and no screens on the windows meant we spent the entire time in our room dripping with sweat. The rooms are VERY outdated and the kitchenette and bath were in particularly bad shape (rust, dirt, burnt-out light bulbs, etc). I regret staying at this place.
