7.0 Good
Pros: First the positive ,Views ,calm ,breakfast 10 out of 10
Cons: It was perishingly cold in the public lounge , a large log burner was there but not lit ,I was wearing 4 layers 3 of them wool and still could not feel my toes . The bathroom was cold to the point of debating a shower . After much exploring figured out how to turn the towel rail on but it never worked and there were no directions in the guest guide A heater was turned on in the restaurant adjacent to the lounge about an hour before dinner . Still cold but not as much as earlier , when we were trying to enjoy the view from the lounge , thinking warm thoughts Dinner was hit and miss , the main Duck course was better than expected but served with a limp pile of lettuce and a tiny pale tomato as garnish . The vegetables were cold served , I suspect microwaved from earlier , overcooked no butter or any other way to allay the poor quality . Dessert a lemon tart was extremely good but the coffee was bitter
6.0 Good
Pros: The location, a pleasant walk into the town centre, amenities and the beach. The view from the hotel.
Cons: Room 2 in the turret has a bathroom in a side closet. Too small to be comfortable.
7.0 Good
Cons: Lounge a bit cold ,they could have lit the fire place and create a better ambiance to bring in the new year so we had to retire to our room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts had gone visiting for Christmas when I arrived but they had left good, clear instructions in an advance email and a friendly welcoming letter on the table. From the moment I walked in the room, I was astounded by the luxury! - it was far beyond the price I had paid! The double-room apartment is fully self-contained and has an amazing view overlooking the bay, and that was further emphasised when I awoke in the morning to see lots of chirpy cheerful birds - sparrows, robins, finches, blackbirds all fluttering around the seed-feeders in the garden below - with two squirrels and three pigeons looking for crumbs! I had a nice walk around the town, admiring the stone buildings and clean scenery, and the public transport staff were truly a breath of fresh air! .. I couldn't imagine a more perfect way to finish my trip to the UK :)
Cons: I don't think anything could have been better! .. this place truly is a slice of paradise.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the views from the windows from the owners, was just amazing..the accommodation is fully equipped they have really thought of everything. Thanks , would deffo come back summer time
Cons: Nothing to complain about at all
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Views were pretty. Birdsong from garden was wonderful to wake up to. Had everything we needed (cooking ware, coffee, tea). Nice shower, comfortable bed. Perfect little retreat.
Cons: We were only provided with less than half a loo roll so had to buy more. We only had one bathrobe so couldn’t use hot tub. The photos online of hot tub and terrace were a bit misleading because it wasn’t very private (we knew it was shared but didn’t know it would be visible from car park etc.) These are only little things though as we had a lovely time and felt at home and at peace here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Milk tea and coffee provided and a lovely bottle of wine. Nice touches. The hottub after a leg aching walk..
Cons: Nothing whatsoever
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean ,pleasant owners , everything that you need
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the quiet, the views, the comfort, the walks, the food, the art gallery
Cons: nothing really
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The views were stunning. The apartment was large, recently updated, had excellent facilities and heating. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was provided with a great assortment of pots, pans and accessories for cooking. The TV was a good flatscreen smart TV (LG), so Netflix and Amazon TV worked well. WiFi was decent. David, our host was very welcoming, provided us with a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the grandchildren.
Cons: Access into the driveway is difficult requiring either good reversing skills or use of chance turning spot further up the hill. Same for exiting. The property is on a steep hill so won’t be suitable for disabled or small children if you intend to walk into Barmouth.
5.7 Okay
Pros: the views from the room were brilliant, cleanliness and drinks availabality in the room, david and heather were very nice
Cons: the tight turn into the driveway and not being able to book an evening meal
6.7 Good
Pros: I liked the spectacular views from the bedroom and dining room. Also the hearty Welsh breakfast. Walks can be done from the guest house front door and with the train station nearby you do not need a car. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Cons: Minor things were the shower being a bit pokey and a slightly less than comfortable mattress.
