Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including unpleasant odors and dirty rooms. Several guests were dissatisfied with the value for the price paid, feeling that the facilities did not meet their expectations or the rates quoted online. Bed comfort was also a common concern, with multiple mentions of uncomfortable or poor-quality beds. Overall, while service and location stood out positively, cleanliness, value, and bed comfort were notable areas for improvement.
