Pros: Bed comfy, bedroom clean (dust free), restaurant and bars comfortable and food good

Cons: Bathroom lighting poor, shower weak and in the wrong place (next to the cubicle door), WiFi slow, TV all Spanish content even Movies

Pros: Elegantly furnished with a complete gym. Good restaurant.

Cons: Gym floor in the weight area needs to be cleaned. The dust between the tiles has been accumulating for years. WiFi needs to be upgraded

Pros: I will never buy from you again hotel, lack of understanding and sensitivity to the customer, two out of the three I ordered I had to cancel and had to stay another day, instead of moving the date requested an additional fee, the hotel however did so with understanding and free

Cons: The hotel understand and u guys not, i never get hotels from kayak again.
