Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, highlighting its convenience to restaurants, shops, and attractions, as well as the safety and pleasantness of the surrounding area. The breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and taste. Some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, there were mixed opinions about cleanliness and service, with several reviews mentioning outdated facilities, slow check-in, and issues with amenities such as TV, bathroom, and room supplies.
