Be warned there’s a destination fee they charge you for the hotel having a gym and a coffee maker in your room. No fridge or microwave. I felt like a burden to the front desk staff asking about anything and didn’t love the way guests were spoken to.
I do want to say this though before I get into it overnight staff. I forget what the guy's name is. He was excellent. He was spot on. If I had to start a hotel bam he would be my my GM. Anyways. I've stayed at the Waldorf Astoria. I've stayed at the four seasons this hotel right here. You're just paying for the name, location. I guess nothing special about this hotel. I mean nothing special at all...

Great location, room had terrible view due to shrubs! Felt like being in a basement
The valet and front desk was very welcoming. They told us there would be breakfast offered at check in but there wasn't. The rooms seem outdated, carpet very stain and musty smelling. Great location. Room service- We asked for a cork screw and wine glasses. These never came. No follow through and never received a cork screw.
Great location on the waterfront in Boston's North End.. Room was a nice size and clean. Nice bar but poor/limted restaurant/ food choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Pros (+) Best hotel experience ever! Staff went way above and beyond to accommodate both an early check in and a late check out. Hotel is immaculate and we felt safe and secure. Beautiful location looking out on Boston Harbor and convenient to the North End and the best Italian food!
