Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the beach and local amenities. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including problems with check-in, lack of staff presence, and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with multiple guests mentioning dirty rooms, outdated furniture, and inadequate bedding. Opinions on value for price were mixed, with some guests finding it reasonable for a short stay, while others felt it did not match expectations. Bed comfort received negative feedback from several guests. Overall, while the location was a strong positive, service and cleanliness need substantial improvement.
