Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept when we arrived.
Cons (-) Stayed 3 nights and they never "made up" the room. I asked them to do so, and it still didn't happen. We had to ask for towels and TP at the desk. Another complaint was the very thin floors/walls. We heard people in other rooms clearly all night long. The bathroom door would not lock or stay closed very well which wasn't great.
Pros (+) The breakfast was good. We were there for a volleyball tournament and the team had to be on the court early. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast starting at 6:00 am which was perfect for our team.
Cons (-) We left our room very early and returned late afternoon, and the room wasn't made up. We left for dinner and returned to the room which still wasn't touched. This seems like a minor complaint, but it is nice to return to a room that is serviced when you are out (beds made, new towels, etc.). I have been a Hilton Honors member for decades and expect a certain level of service. Not a bad hotel, just...
