Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for events, theatres, and exploring Bradford. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though some reported mixed experiences with service, particularly at reception. Cleanliness received varied feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others mentioned issues like dirty windows or corridors. Bed comfort was generally positive but a few found the beds or pillows too hard. Parking was a recurring issue, with several guests dissatisfied with the arrangements or lack of clear information.
