Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting beautiful lake views and proximity to the water as major positives. The breakfast was frequently described as good or very good, with some guests appreciating the variety and quality. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and facilities, noting issues such as old furnishings, poor hygiene, and unpleasant odors. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as unhelpful or rude. Bed comfort was also a recurring concern, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable or in poor condition. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and room comfort are needed.
