Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location with breathtaking views, describing it as peaceful, strategic for skiing, and ideal for excursions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating attitude, even towards pets. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few negative remarks appeared. The restaurant and food quality were frequently highlighted as excellent, with many enjoying both breakfast and dinner. Some guests noted minor drawbacks such as difficult road access, outdated facilities, or limited breakfast options, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
