Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and professional service, excellent central location close to amenities and ski lifts, and the quality of breakfast. Many appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and cleanliness. However, several reviews noted significant noise issues, especially in rooms facing the river or street, and some found the heating insufficient. Despite minor drawbacks like limited in-room amenities and occasional cleaning oversights, the overall experience was positive, particularly for those seeking convenience and attentive staff.
