Pros (+) The staff here are amazing, everyone gad a smile and a knid word chor me! Location is great and in close proximity to the Longwood area. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The Bistro was clean, the food good, and staff very friendly.
Cons (-) There was a pest trap left in the closet of my room, but it was empty.
