Pros (+) The hotel lived up to all our expectations for a family holiday. The staff were great, very attentive and always polite. The rooms were lovely - huge big bathrooms and I loved the comfortable super king bed. When we got home we wanted to book right away again. This hotel does deliver for a family holiday - perfect.
Cons (-) The games room (pool, table tennis etc) was tired and did let the hotel down a bit - it does need some new equipment. On our last night the snooker table took 4 euros of our money, but did not allow us to play. As it was late and our last night, I addressed it in the morning with reception and asked for a refund on the money when I paid my final bill - they refused saying I should have come to the...
