Great location on the heart of Canterbury and full access to the cathedral.
Rooms are pretty small, and beds a bit too soft.
The location of the hotel was amazing - literally in the grounds of the cathedral, with an impressive view from are bedroom window. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking (booked in advance) was extremely helpful and excellent value at £5 a night. The breakfast was lovely - good selection of continental and cooked and prepared to a high standard.
I have no complaints regarding the hotel, it's location or service. Canterbury cathedral was very impressive and the city has a number of interesting historical sites, good shops and cafes. However, the further away from the cathedral you went the city showed increasing signs of deprivation - closed shops, graffiti and street homeless.
The amazing view and location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Tasteful decor. Peaceful garden. Library.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave us great information about the city and surround areas. One of the best experiences we had on our holiday
It s an amazing place, uniquely situated next to the gorgeous Canterbury cathedral ! Staff is super friendly and rooms are pleasant, clean with an amazing view ! Great breakfast, best eggs benedict . We keep coming back, ever satisfied.
