Pros: I liked the location having stayed there twice before. I liked the facilities too including the pool.
Cons: The food menus didn't cater for vegan diners at all in spite of calling them over a week in advance. The dinner was shockingly poor and when I raised it at check-out I was assured I would get some money taken off the final bill. I have just received by bank statement and this didn't happen so i feel very angry.

6.0 Good
Pros: Well located. Pleasant breakfast room. Quiet room.
Cons: Room was rather small and the wifi didn't work to a useable level in the evening.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were so comfortable! Beautifully made up room. Luxury toiletries on offer to use which smelt divine. Modern appliances and the kids loved the games and dvd selection. It was very clean and warm too. The children loved their breakfast. Owner was friendly and helpful. A lovely place with a great view over the sea and well kept to a high standard.
Cons: There's nothing I didn't like. However I had asked for 2 single beds and 1 double in the family room (to save arguments from the children who was on the top bunk) This was granted via message but it's not what we had. Not necessarily a down point, maybe it wasn't available, I didn't ask. Disappointed I wasn't able to have a full English breakfast at 8am the next day which was said the night before was available to have. Nonetheless I had a ham and cheese omelette which was nice and a selection of fruits from the side.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like. 2nd time we've stayed.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The silence, was very quiet. Bed was comfy although not what we were expecting based on the pictures on lots of websites. The pool.
Cons: The filthy bathroom, random chintz items all over the building, lots of light bulbs out, room was nothing like the pictures on any of the numerous websites, breakfast! The chef was not flexible at breakfast at all and limited people to items they ordered which was a conversation across the tables between guests! Juice was not fresh it was from concentrate, melon tasted of onion so had either been cut with the knife after cutting an onion or on a chopping board that had been used for an onion. Bar area was lacking in atmosphere! Could do with some music playing lightly in the background. 2 fire places not working during winter! Random giant nutcracker statues in reception! Why! There is no theme in this hotel apart from outdated decor and odd random chintz, left us very confused. Shame as this hotel has amazing potential if given some careful thought and employed some cleaners that actually knew how to clean. The dust on table legs looks like it had been there months if not years.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely place in a beautiful little village. Staff were excellent. The food inc. breakfast was good value. The pool is very good, and well maintained.
Cons: The decor is very old but probably in keeping with the hotel. The gym is just 3 pieces of equipment.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful quiet lodgings Professional friendly staff with smiles and helpful advice Clean and well equipped room - Very comfy bed - Large bathroom Lovely evening meal and a wonderful freshly cooked breakfast in morning
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has character and charm It is luxury at a very good price. The staff are freindly and work together more like a family team, all are very helpfull. Facilities for our stay were excellent which made it more enjoyable. The hotel is only half a mile from home but once there you would think you are miles away. Booked the venue for a special celebration the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The environment of the hotel is very relaxing. Oh the cat Oscar that adopted them was a bonus.
Cons: The sausage at breakfast. Could have been better quality. Mirror light in the bathroom was not working. Something so minor forgot to mention it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I found it on booking .com But stayed here before Worthing rest
Cons: Nothing
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location was OK. Very limited parking for a couple of cars.
Cons: I'm 6'2, I could only just walk around in a downstairs room without my head touching the ceiling. Ensuite doorway had similar issues. Banged my head walking from the bed to the loo, very low beam!! Bedding looked like it hadn't been changed, dirty marks and bits of fluff, not what you'd expect. It was nearly midnight when I returned to the room so I wasn't going to ring the lady on the other end of the mobile phone. (no staff on site??)Cups chipped and dirty. My wife wouldn't have slept there, bloke on his own just got on with it. I realise it's a bargain price but charge an extra £10, I'd pay it, and do the laundry. A few minor issues that just took the edge of my stay.

The house was lovely and clean with quality bed linen and towels. Patio was a pleasent bonus. Family bathroom was modern and up to the demands of all guests. Thanks Anne for the extra towels :) Great park for the dog and kids over the road and the Corner House did us a great Sunday Roast.
Cons: Having to leave :(

Pros: Great location. Plenty of space for our party, own bedrooms and plenty of living space.

Pros: Great location Lots of space Good host who had lots of useful tips and made it easy to check in
Cons: We felt we needed a second loo, with so many of us. Or a separate loo from the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very seemless transaction. Property was spacious and clean. Host was helpful in answering every question I asked. Gentleman that checked us in was also very friendly and helpful. Full marks in my book.
Cons: My only regret was that my stay wasn't longer.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location of house was perfect for what we was wanting, the kitchen was lovely and clean.
Cons: The parking was awful as we had a mini bus there was no where to park as it was all permit and very tight spaces. I rang the host and she very un-helpful as all she said was you will just have to find some where and maybe walk to the house, all she asked for was our payment before we could even check. We managed to get a space, we went into the house and all found a bed room the front bedroom had a dirty sock which was at eye level that cleaners wouldn't of missed and also in the back bed room under the bed was a bottle of Durex lubricant which made the whole place felt un clean. Again this is something if the house had been checked and cleaned this would of been seen.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Space of the property
Cons: Only one toilet available
7.9 Good
Pros: Anne arrived on time and was helpful. Beds were comfy and the shower was good.
Cons: Coffee situation wasn’t great. The back door wasn’t locked when we arrived.

Pros: I did not have the Breakfast as it was far to expensive, instead I walked around the corner and had breakfast at Morisons for only £4.50 including bottomless fresh coffee. just need to be more reasonable on breakfast cost.
Cons: just the cost of Breakfast way to high even if it was the best I do not need to pay that much. maybe £9.99 would be OK . by the look of the dinning area every one had the same thought as it was empty.
