Pros (+) The service. The housekeeping staff not only replaced the towels but replaced them where we use them. For instance a clean washcloth was placed in the shower. A/C was nice and cold. Fridge in the room and tv were great. Room was very spacious. Great use of space. Free fast wifi
Cons (-) The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. We had two double beds. I'm 5 foot 125 lbs husband 6 ft 180 lbs and the bed seemed small. But not the worst in comfort. Also there is room for a much needed table next to the bed opposite the one in between the beds

Pros (+) Rooms were very clean. Included 2 twin beds which were relatively comfortable (for boxspring mattresses). Staff was friendly, checking was easy. Continental breakfast is bagels, juice and coffee, but I recommend one of the local German bakeries instead.
Cons (-) The term "resort" is a bit of a stretch but the hotel was clean and safe overall. We were fortunate to be on the back side, away from the Tiki Bar (which can get pretty loud). Overall, it was fine for what we needed.

Pros (+) We liked the how spacious the room was, but the beds are not too comfortable at all. Other than that, We loved their staff and how kind they were. The location is pretty good relative to going to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island.
Cons (-) We didn't like the beds.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We loved the Tiki Bar. Brandon Maddox provided the live music and he was awesome. Really created a party atmosphere!
Cons (-) The exterior of the buildings needs a facelift, but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) It was nice, heated pool, comfy beds.
Cons (-) A little noisy, and they didn't give us washcloths ( we didn't ask either) and it was completely booked so parking close to your room was hard.

Pros (+) Only two people in housekeeping seemed to want to be helpful
Cons (-) To NOISEY, did not feel safe, noise from Tiki Bar, Street traffic.. motorcycles all hours of the day and night, free breakfast was laughable (bread small selection of liquids, not much else, and you had to walk all the way around the hotel to the Tiki Bar.

Pros (+) Entertainment, clean, comfort. Location , was fantastic The breakfast could be better. Set up was good. Need fruit. Oatmeal , milk, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, toaster.

Pros (+) It was clean. Cool shower head.
Cons (-) No security chain on door. Beds too small and poor quality. Furnishings outdated. Shower turned on by itself in middle of the night. Very loud - was woken up by what sounded like a hundred glass bottles being dumped onto a pile of glass at 1am. Incredibly overpriced for the quality.
