Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with many reviews praising the warm welcome and attentive service. The hotel is often described as offering good value for money, and its location is considered convenient for visiting Carcassonne and accessing main roads. However, several guests note issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms, stained linens, and the presence of insects. While the property is seen as somewhat dated and in need of updates, the positive experiences with staff and overall value stand out.
