Nothing. The receptionist verily spoke English and are very unprofessional because they ask you to pay in advance, as if it was a 2 star hotel and give the door key at 8pm since they go home?

The hotel was great, the location was right in the middle of everything, only a couple of minutes walk to Hotel/Casino Pupp and the Spas located throughout the area. The stay included breakfast and dinner in the hotels restaurant. The breakfast was a normal european variety buffet with breads, cereal, juices, meat and eggs. The dinner was nice it was a traditional menu with 10-12 choices to include a salad and dessert. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating, we were able to communicate and make reservations with our limited english/german/czech skills. The parking was reserved street side, but not in a secured area. We had no problems with the parking, but it was not in a secured garage/area.
