Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful gardens, and excellent location close to Cascais center. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and appreciated the spacious rooms and traditional decor. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as mold, strong odors, and occasional lack of room maintenance. The pool and amenities were generally enjoyed, though a few found the pool small or not kid-friendly. Overall, the hotel is valued for its charm, tranquility, and convenient location, but could improve on cleanliness and some facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
