Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Reggia di Caserta and easy access from the highway. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and courteous. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, noting its variety and quality. Cleanliness of rooms and the hotel in general was highlighted positively, as was the convenience of available parking. Some negative comments focused on the elevator being out of service, small room or bathroom sizes, and occasional maintenance or cleanliness issues, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives in guest experiences.
