Guests appreciated the hotel's breakfast selection and convenient location for exploring the city. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and at reception, though some noted inconsistencies and delays in service. While the rooms were generally comfortable, several guests mentioned the need for renovation and maintenance, with issues like old furnishings, malfunctioning amenities, and cleanliness concerns. Value for money was questioned by some, especially given the brand's reputation and the price paid. Overall, the breakfast and location stood out as highlights, but improvements in service and facilities are needed.
