Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to highways and destinations. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, bugs, and insufficient housekeeping. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests praising friendly staff while others cited poor communication and unhelpful attitudes. Bed comfort was also inconsistent, with some finding beds comfortable and others reporting discomfort. Overall, while the location was a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and consistency of service.
