Checking in.. was advised I didn’t have a reservation. Was asked to show proof of payment. Seemed like I was bothering staff.

Pros (+) This hotel really is at the heart of the city. It is very convenient to get around if you are traveling for business or just want to stay in Uptown. The staff is very kind and frequently gave me suggestions and helped me arrange transportation at the last minute to the airport. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Pros (+) The employees were very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Great location with access to so many great places to eat!
Cons (-) (not really a fault of Marriott Courtyard) So many places to eat close by, hard to choose one.
Pros (+) The room was clean and the check in process was great!
Cons (-) The shower drain was clogged so that water was standing in the shower.
