Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff as a major positive, along with its convenient location for travel and local attractions. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as musty odors, stained carpets, and maintenance problems in the rooms. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds too soft or uncomfortable. While the service and location are strong points, improvements in cleanliness and room upkeep are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
