Pros (+) We loved the area, the staff, the room.
Cons (-) The toilet in our room would flush effectively so we couldn't user it. The hotel was unable to get maintenance to fix it till after we checked out. Since we booked our hotel through kayak, the hotel stars they could refund our stay our discount the price, which they wanted to do. So they tried to make it right with our choice of items from the snack area. I would have preferred a monetary reimburs...
