Staff were amazing - very friendly and knowledgeable. Was surprised by the $65 plus tax cross border charge - wish that was understood as part of online booking when booked via kayak Also was hoping for the Renault megaine - the vehicle in the online booking but getting a new Skoda Malik with 850 kms was good as well - I just prefer driving cars vs SUVs This is second time renting with Sixt and will rent again with SIXT next time :)
