Loved how easy it was to get into my rental vehicle with Hertz Interlaken. The gentleman there explained it all very well. Nothing to do with Hertz themselves, but the fuel pump payment method in front of Hertz could have been explained better. Had to insert card and $260AUD is pending coming out of my account when fuel itself was only $15AUD. Can anyone help with this? If I’m ever back I’ll be sure to rent again! Thank you ☺️
