Cons: when I got to the rental location from the airport, there were no cars available. I was on vacation and spent the first day waiting for my rental car to show up at the Hertz location.

Pros: I had reservation at Greenwood village instead of Denver Airport ,
Hertz changed that (I have to say thanks for that) they rent me Hyundai Sonata midsize car and charged me $ 473.59 + Taxes and other charges, I paid double amount of money for five day rental car.

Pros: Convenient location. Fast, not so friendly service.
Cons: Car was dirty on the outside and the inside!
Pros: Friendly staff that picked up/dropped off at nearby rail station, making it easy to rent off airport at more affordable rate. I appreciate not having to find a gas station, just return with whatever is left in car,
Cons: The economy car, Ford Fiesta, isn't the smoothest on the bumps. Don't know if that's just the way it is or if it needs work.

Pros: Very helpful and accommodating staff. They really try to address your needs and service the customer. I rented during Labor Day weekend when the choice of cars was extremely limited, but the price and customer service made up for a mediocre car. I'd go back here in a minute.

Pros: I liked the people working up front, they were professional and kind. Seriously, they were decent people.
Cons: I couldn't rent the car b/c I don't have a credit card and I didn't have more than one bill. enterprise is the only service I have run into that requires all this garbage? What the hell enterprise? What does this do for you? I couldn't make it to where I was going after spending $95 on the tix for the convergence in Mancos, CO. And this is after taking a two hour bus ride to the enterprise where I was renting the car. I cried all the way home. And I am definitely dropping enterprise's name when I recount this story. I was so, so, so sad. I just wanted to go to a permaculture convergence. Man I was sad and I'm still sad. I still have a little pit in my stomach. I was looking forward to being out doors and getting away from my shitty little cubical and learning about farming so I could possibly expand my life, and I live in a city that is being taken over by parasites with money so I can't afford a car. I'm going to start crying again so I'm done with this.
Cons: Only issue was Avis Lakewood overcharging me at return. They quickly fixed this after I called customer care, but I don't appreciate having to find extra unauthorized charges on my credit card and spending time on the phone to get it fixed.
