I booked the car with Kayak for $143. When I picked up the car I was told "some" taxes have to be added and I paid almost $500 for the car. It feels a bit of a con. So I'm definitely disappointed.

Insurance not as advertisedThe insurance i purchased with this car triggered a $3K hold on my car and the car rental does not come across that they like external insurance deals.

So I asked him to give me a receipt that I returned the vehicle and everything is ok. I don’t read Germany so you can’t expect me to understand if something is wrong from the receipt. I fully agree with Benzi - this looks like a scam, trying to charge us for something which is not related to us. Furthermore, when taking the car late at night (on the 22th) your representative didn’t bother to show us the car, he was just in hurry for his train to get home ( I would expect a better service) so we really don’t know if this damage was there before, we, however, certainly didn’t do that. I’d like you to pass our sound rejection to your manager and we like his response for that. I also intend to report on this in your Facebook page and tripAdvisor. I regret for using your services, will never do that mistake again! I also want a picture of this damage.
