Pros:
Not enough to outweigh the bad experience.Cons:
I was charged more than the rental contract stated. I was charged for fuel when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I was also charged fees that should not have been charged. This is very disappointing and I formally reached out to Hertz to complain.7.2 Good

Drop off was super easyCons:
Flight arrived early staff said my vehicle wasn't available, nor were any others in the class, tried to up-sell for 3 times the agreed upon cost. Told me I would need to wait for 2 hours until my reservation. At reservation offered me my choice of 3 vehicles and when I went to pick it up there was an entire row of my class of vehicle available. Definitely walked away feeling like the desk clerk I first spoke with chose to inconvenience me because I wouldn't accept the up-sell.4.0 Okay

Pickup did not hold the vehicle. They claimed I needed to provide my flight information (what form??) so that they know I'm coming. Why make a reservation if you don't KEEP the reservation?!4.0 Okay
