Took a while to be served on arrival. Over 30 mins despite only 2 customers in front of me. Could do with more staff. Needs to be made clearer beforehand that 2 x proof of address is required, and NI number. Perhaps why it was slow checking people in. Other than that no issues. Car was clean and new.

Sixt charged us a premium site fee at the counter. This was in the small print (the idea of it, not the amount of it). They should put this fee in the quoted price as it was quite high and would have impacted our decision about who to rent from. Location of car return not well marked at Manchester Airport.

Terrible! I rented a Van with you for 7 tall guys… deliberately to avoid risks. We were given a car we did not fit in…. Honestly, this should not be possible in particular as I trust Kayak when I book…. 0 out of 10!
