Rented weeks in advance but still recieved a call on my way to pickup that they did not have our car or ANY cars available. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but that didn't stop my anxiety. After an hr and a half wait somone dropped a car early and they gave us the car uncleaned and I had to take it for its oil change. Of course I agreed because we needed a car. I also felt bad for the women working that was thrown into the mess. She had 7 other bookings she didn't have cars for and not everyone was kind to her. She continued to stay professional and kind through it all..Props to her and her personal review would be wonderful. Though the overhead buisness that didn't deliver the scheduled rental cars woyld be 0!!
