Staff was excellent. Very courteous and professional

Cons:

Time at drop off was a little long and no indication of drop off point. I had no idea where to drop the car off and ended up asking a guard and he told me to park it in the handicap space and go inside. The return review was done while I was waiting in the office. The car was returned in the condition it was rented but I feel I should have been present in case there were any problems

They applied a darkening paper on the windshield. This film was applied wrong and it makes it really hard for the driver to see outside. This made my head hurt the entire time I was driving as everything looks distorted.

After my first day with the car I had to return it for another one, the air conditioning did not work well, with the high temperatures in Honduras the AC is important, my second car had problems with the brakes, they made a lot of noise when braking but the AC worked well so I decided to keep the car for the rest of the 7 days. The customer service is very good, the people who work there do their best to serve the customers.

Car was not available and had to rent from a different company. Representative at the reception area was poorly trained in customer service. Was told they did not have my reservation/confirmation in their system so therefore I had to make a new reservation for a new car rental with a different price than the one I had gotten originally.
