Choosing to rent a car during your stay in Vienna will allow you to explore the celebrated vineyards surrounding the capital, nearby rustic rural villages, or even Slovakia’s capital of Bratislava, which is only a one-hour drive eastward.
Vienna International Airport is located 18 km (11 miles) from the center of the city, a drive that normally takes approximately 30 minutes. Assess the best options using KAYAK today and organize your hire car in advance, making arrival and pickup of your keys an easy process. Major global hire companies such as Alamo, Avis, Budget, and Sixt have counters located on the ground floor (Level 0) of the P4 parking lot, a short underground walk from the baggage claim area.

They did not have a contract with Mr. Theyvsaid it will be emailed to you, but was not emailed. Upon car delivery, they did not show me the detail of the past scratches and dis not get my signature. Upon asking, they've aid its ok. When I returned the car after 12 hours, they are claiming several damages in all sides of the car. They realizwd that I am flying out of country and try to make money out of my pocket through fake damages

Car in very good condition, very clean, and added safety options for lane and adaptive speed control. The return of car went fine, but on arrival during normal business hours there was no one in the garage area to immediately process the car.
They scammed me, offering 80 euro per day for insurance

I ordered a Mercedes’ and received a Mazda. When I told the agent this he said there was nothing he could do. So effectively I paid a premium to receive a Mazda instead on a Mercedes’
The car wasn t available at the pick up point, not even other similar car, no one informed me about this, I took a taxi and go to the airport in order to get another car from there because they didn’t bring me one ar the pickup point. Spent 40 euros fot taxi and 2 hours in order to get the car. At the airport they force me to pay for 2 days for 1 day and 1 hour 🤯 for a different. I took the car at 12 am and bring back at 13 pm. I should have taken the car at 10:00 am and I miss 2 hours for so many problems
A representative never showed up at the airport to meet me, they never tried to contact me to say there was an issue, and the phone number given never worked. I called 24 times throughout the day. I ended up renting from Europcar at the counter for three times the price. I think it's a SCAM. I was in Vienna.

Easy to phone for pickup and rendezvous was close to where telephone call took place. No problems both arriving and dropping off the vechile, in a different country.
Reserved Mercedes C class, ended up with diesel Audi station wagon….heavily dented,l and scratched, wiper blades were nearly useless and brake light was out.
