Pros (+) Good location. Pool was nice. Very inexpensive. Staff was pretty friendly.
Cons (-) We had two rooms that I reserved back over 4 months ago, yet they couldn't give us the rooms side-by-side. They were on the opposite sides of the hotel. One room was ready around 2p, the other wasn't ready until 5!! The rooms weren't cleaned well. One of the beds was broken (you had to sleep with your head lower than your feet). The shower in the one room (there was no tub) just overflowed right o...

Pros (+) Overall, great stay! Friendly staff, clean room, it smells fresh, it was spacious with all basic amenities (even mini fridge with freezer). They have eco friendly toilet paper. Renovations are surely needed as it looks a bit dated, but great value for the $$. Good location too! We had low expectations because of what we read on line, it turned out to be the perfect place for us! Great experience.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and room was clean.
Cons (-) Shower seemed to blast hot when anyone flushed in the entire motel. Place was run down in dire need of a fresh coat of paint and some basic updates. TV was small and 10+ years old. WiFi would only connect in half the room and <1 mbps when it did.

Pros (+) I knew this was inexpensive so was glad to have a mini fridge and microwave, as well as a pool. No breakfast but brewed coffee available in the morning. And the carpet was clean (which I find is a telling point in budget motels).
Cons (-) Uncomfortable mattress but they traded it out.

Pros (+) The pool was clean and nicely maintained - the room was clean and right near the pool and the staff was friendly and inviting - overall great experience- located in the middle of town it was accessible to a variety of stores.
Cons (-) The families did not maintain the children in the pool - not enough seats at the pool.

Cons (-) squeaky floors and shower water changed temperature instantly to cold and then back to hot again. Clean sheets but had an old stain on them.
