The Westin Cincinnati is in a good downtown location. Good sized room. Basic furnishings. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Escalator wasn't working but elevators were in order.

Pros (+) Felicia the front desk lady was amazing and very helpful. She’s an asset to the hotel.
Cons (-) My room was very basic and plain and nothing to be excited about and just not what I think I’m getting when I’m staying at “The Westin”. I intentionally got a deluxe room and there really wasn’t anything deluxe about it. The net net of it is the Westin, with all of its glory is really when it comes to the rooms pretty basic.

Pros (+) I liked the fact that it was downtown. No breakfast, No wi-if, no parking, AC was turned down to 66 in the room and it was still warm. Pool closed at 10PM... Paids $230 for one night for something that shouldn't have cost over $100 a night. All in all it was just VERY overpriced for what you get.

Pros (+) Its in a convenient location if you are in town for business. Restaurants are within walking distance. The airport is a short drive.
Cons (-) Staff didn't seem to care much about anything. The room didn't feel very clean. The money for the value is lacking.

Pros (+) The staff was awesome and definitely took care of us! The location is great, right at fountain square within easy walking distance of many places.
