Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleanliness, and generous breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the secure parking for bikes and motorcycles. However, several guests noted the lack of air conditioning as a drawback, especially during hot weather, and a few mentioned some noise from outside or the street. Overall, the positive aspects of service, location, cleanliness, and breakfast outweighed the negatives for most guests.
