KAYAK
Europcar’s Location listed in the reservation confirmation is unstaffed and doesn’t open until 11, when the reservation was for 9am. When I finally got someone at Europcar to respond at 11:30, they said they usually wait for customers to call and then send a cab to pick them up and bring them to another location. This process seems ridiculous, and led to us losing half a day of our trip and having to skip a number of sights we had planned to visit.
