Pros (+) Location right next to airport, shuttle service was great, hotel has bar/restaurant, friendly staff, good rates, lobby area was very nice, room was clean
Cons (-) Outside of lobby hotel is dated, while acceptable room furniture was showing age, mattress and pillows where very uncomfortable, felt more like a mid range hotel than what I expect from a Hilton. That being said for a quick overnight stay for easy access to the airport In The morning at 100$ it was not a bad deal but if the rooms where newer it would have been a 5 star experience

Pros (+) Title pretty much sums up out stay. We arrived late at night and was greatest with a friendly smile and directed to our roo . Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained. No comments whatsoever. By the way, if you are worried about being so close to the airport...have no worries. We were on three uth floor and did not hear one plane fly over ...

Pros (+) Location to the CLE airport
Cons (-) I wanted to leave my vehicle for the duration of the flight and get a shuttle to the airport and was told that the program was unavailable and full. They didn't even ask what time my flight was and the parking lot was only half full.
Cons (-) Food wasn't great for how much we spent, and breakfast is super expensive for a family of 4. Especially, when I thought it was included in my stay from trip advisor.
Pros (+) All staff were helpful friendly and responsive
Pros (+) I liked that they had a gym and business room.
