When i went to the gate they said you have to wait until 30min before the fight but you can upgrade. These are just shady sales techniques."

The crew was attentive and had a pleasant demeanor. The checkin process was good but surprisingly your ticket counter did not have a CC machine to process payments. Calling in by your staff was a chore and the individual was visibly frustrated when on the other end they could not understand a 4 digit expiration date. The seats were very tight and uncomfortable. The food was minimal in quantity and just ok in quality and taste.

However these people brought playdough for their child to roll out or punch on the seat tray and all they did was constantly yell loudly at their children, Well not about the kicking, punching, or crawling around. The last leg of our flight home! The flight was not over booked and we were able to have space between us. Again - boarding would be much better if planes were boarded by back rows moving up so people don’t have to pass getting to their seats. It is crazy to board the main cabin randomly.

My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again."

The Airbus A330 used on this leg needs to be refurbished. The seats are all damaged, the in-seat power did not work (both 110v outlets and USB outlets) - the IFE screen looked like it was about 10 years old and would not stay unfolded, it just kept flopping down. At one point the flight attendant offered to "fetch some tape" to hold it in place for the flight. I felt very bad for her that she had been put in a position where this was even a reasonable suggestion to have to make.

The flight was three hours late because of a problem with the door. I nearly missed my next flight because of that.

Your check in area was confusing. First no one was there and then we were directed to Delta ro check in. How was I supposed to know this?we were there for an hour before discovering where to go. I looked on line for checking at Virgin Atlantic but it should have been Delta. I wasn't contacted by email for check in durections.

No amenity kits and meals weren’t as good as before. Other airlines now have a full meal son o reason why Virgin Atlantic can’t. Going to stick to BA.

Cons: "Unfortunately because the flight was delayed 2 times I was going to going to miss my connect flight to London. So I canceled my trip. I would appreciate a refund as I don’t understand what all the delays were about"
Pros: "As usual, punctual flight with friendly crew."
Cons: "Pity the wifi in international flights isn't complementary (or at least a basic connection like on domestic flights)."
Pros: "My flight was canceled and Virgin Atlantic gave us a free room in the hotel Ramada. My next flight was at 18:55 and I asked Virgin Atlantic agent am I allowed to stay in the room until time for my flight comes, he confirmed yes and gave me breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher. However, next day around 12 I got call from Front Desk that I have to leave my room right away because it's time to chack out and If I want to stay longer I have to pay. I called Virgin Atlantic agancy again and the agent run my information and said to me I can stayin the room longer. After that I called front desk to confirm that but they said they didn't hear anything from Virgin Atlantic and I have to leave the room by 1pm. All of this was really unpleasant!"
Cons: "I didn't like anything. I didn't like the communication between Virgin Atlantic with travelers, communication between Virgin Atlantic and hotel Ramada. Everything was really poorly."
Pros: "Limited numbers in the top deck, silence, service and deplaning first."
Cons: "Food has to much of an asian slant."

Cons: "The food was okay. There were more tasty options traveling to Heathrow versus from Heathrow to the NYC. The boarding process was a mess. We had to wait in an enormous line and then take a bus to the flight."
Pros: "I thought the airline amenities were excellent and it was a seamless process getting on the flight. The flight attendants were very warm and accommodating. I felt immediately welcome as soon as I got on the flight. I liked that they were playful with my son and engaged him."
Cons: "Nothing. We did leave a piece of luggage on the plane so hoping that things turn out okay."
Pros: "Flight was close to being on time. I was able to get a lot of sleep on the flight."

Cons: "My seats headphone connection did not work. I had to hold it and wiggle it around if I wanted to listen to anything."

Cons: "Delayed at the airport. Very little leg room and hot while waiting to yake off. Entertainment was really bad. Bad screen and sound quality was awful."
Cons: "Flight was an hour and a half late boarding, sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes, and there was no offer of complimentary beverages. Very barebones level of service."

Cons: "I was coming from Sydney and I have to hurry up to take the other fly to Newark and didn’t have time to buy for nothing to eat but I was very surprised they didn’t offer me anything on the plane and when I ask they I have buy it online and didn’t have many choices anyway, I very disappointed with this fly."
Pros: "Free everything...food, wine, spirits, movies, etc. Nice crew!"
Cons: "Seats a little hard, main dinner dish was a little odd but okay."

Pros: "Quite a big choice of movies and TV shows to watch, more than enough for an eight hour flight. Normal headphone plugs so you can use your own."
Cons: "I booked together with my wife, yet we were allocated seats apart and were not able to be reassigned together. The leg room was so tight that I could not pick up things off the floor without putting my head in the next persons lap. Though the cabin crew were smiley and friendly, it was hard to get their attention when needed. The PA system is much louder than the entertainment, so announcements were ear bursting. The dinner selections ran out early, so a good proportion did not get their choice."
Pros: "Boarding, flight and crew all great. Having the connecting security pass in the airport which is a lot less busy than the main area. Good info given for connection."
Cons: "Food (main meal) wasnt the best but great snacks and drinks. Having to check in again in gatwick even though jad boarding passes."
Pros: "Crew was very nice helpful and attentionate Entertainment had plenty of variety maybe not so many new movies but enough to find one you have not seen or classic you could watch again Food was good"
Cons: "We weighted our hand luggage at the counter and then they ask again during boarding little confusing"

Cons: "Because this flight was delayed it was a miracle (involving running til my throat literally bled) that I made my connection. Ground crew could not have been less helpful - even to my friend who they knew was trying to get home to attend a family funeral."
Pros: "I was selected for additional screening at the gate. I have no problem with this at all. From the start I told them I am traveling with my fiancee. They tried to hold me back in a separate area after the screening and I once again told them my fiancee was waiting for me. One staff memeber walked with me half way back to get her and then disappeared. By the time I found her and came back, the staff memeber was no where to be found. Now we had lost are spot in the line and had to go to the back of the line. We spoke to 3 different staff people about what was going on and everyone said, oh the guy over there will help you. But no one did. The staff had No idea how to run a security check or handle paople. There was No working wifi! There was no tvs in the seats, only the old style in the aisle. The staff told me the plan was going to retire at the end of the month. The food was more for animals then for humans! We got updates by txt 10 mins before the staff updated the gate on our flight out from SFO. I have traveled all over the world with a lot of airlines and Never had such a poor service, but what is it to expect. It was United after all!"

Had no idea this service was discontinued until way into the flight. Not sure why it was stopped. Btw I don't believe this was a Virgin Atlantic flight, I believe it was Virgin AUSTRALIA. Think you have names backwards on survey."

Pros: "The whole flight was great quick boarding, lots of leg room, good entertainment, a USB charge port, good lighting, and the crew was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the flight and would like to fly Virgin Atlantic more. Finally, you are the 3rd best flight, I have ever take, and the 2nd best airline I've been on. Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful."
Cons: "A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives."

Cons: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

Pros: "Despite the short flight we were still given food and as always I love airline food. Free alcohol is always a bonus as well! Nice crew and timely take offs and landings. Could bring two hand luggage (backpack and suitcase) which I like even though I didn't have to pay extra!"

Pros: "Very explanatory clear and responsive. There was a short delay they kept us informed clearly and responsibly. Excellent flight and superb performance. Very polite and helpful."
Cons: "Flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt delayed, when we arrived we had no chance of making our connecting flight to Split yet no one told us. No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."
Pros: "The ground staff in Heathrow was helpful. They happily swapped me onto an earlier flight to Munich after I spotted delays out of Munich, allowing me ample time to connect in Munich airport"
Cons: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Cons: "The flight was delayed . When we arrived in Frankfurt, there was a quie of 200m . After waiting 10 minutes, they asked us to go to other passport control . We had to walk onother 10 minutes to get there ."

If you are 5ft 5 and above person, I honestly would suggest you buy extra legroom for comfortable purposes. Also, there is like 1 restroom on the whole plane and if you sot at the end, you are screw. Lets not forget that they delayed our flights like 4 hours and only gave us 1 voucher for snack. I don’t expect the experience will be fancy but this is a total disappointment!"

I got to the place I was staying at 01.39am which was very uncomfortable. I will never fly again with Lufthansa Airline it use to like British Airways but definitely they have lost the customer touch."

Pros: "Flights were cancelled that day due to a storm, but Lufthansa were able to fly an empty aircraft from Rome to fly us from London to Frankfurt. Despite the circumstances, Lufthansa were able to still offer catering. Thank you for your cimmitment."
Cons: "Lufthansa in general could invest a little more in the food they serve. Lufthansa's domestic and inter European flights are never a culinary highlight. :-("
Pros: "The flight itself was fine."
Cons: "Getting to LHR early for. 6:30 am flight was no use since they don't have any departing flights between 11pm and 6 am. So we were stuck in the lobby for hours until ticket agents arrived at 4 am. There was one open coffee shop however. Then we waited for security to arrive at about 4:30 am to get through and it was quite a slow shake down. One through there were no restaurants open until 5-5:30 am. The flight itself was fine. Facilities at Frankfurt were minimal with toilets offering only one stall each. While standing in the long queue a lady and her young daughter were rudely ushered out by the male custodian for cleaning, and then it could not be used for another 10-15 minutes."
Pros: "Even on such a short flight I got a sandwich. It was a salmon sandwich which I never had on any other flights. They usually serve cheese or ham or chicken in the Middle East. It was nice to have something different and nutritious."
Pros: "The crew and in flight experience were excellent."
Cons: "Terminal procedures, particularly a tarmac delay and understaffed customs and security personnel, jeopardized my London Heathrow connection in spite of the 80 minute layover. Itineraries with less than a two-hour connection should be discontinued as a fraudulent misrepresentation of the passenger's likely success. I will never fly through Heathrow again."

Cons: "Wifi wasn't working and movie selection poor. No individual screens especially for a 10 hr flight. Staff were not that friendly either. Old plane and small seats. I would rather pay more for a more comfortable flight."

Cons: "I did the email check in. When I arrive at the airport, I asked for customer service to print the boarding passes. They changed my seat assignment which not asked. This caused some confusion when we boarded."

Cons: "I didn't like how in the Munich airport I couldn't find a place to plug my phone in. they should make those more accessible"
