Very good rooms and good service with a great location to the airport
New rooms with an excellent bed and great bathrooms
Menu was decent but not overly extensive. Gym has all the basics you need but not overly welcoming facilities and layout.
compared to another Dublin airport I stayed at, it was better.
compared to most other city's airport hotels, Dublin's are poor quality and OVER priced. Lucky for Ireland that there are lots of Irish American's enamored with travelling to Ireland, but IMHO it's over priced for the so-so accommodations and service that you get in the country.
Nice, modern rooms close to the Airport
Very convienet to the airport (less than 5 minutes) and nice, newer rooms. The built-in USB ports for charging devices was an especially nice touch.
We booked two spots on arrival for the shuttle back to the airport for our return the next day, but when we came down the following morning at our scheduled time, they had not held the spots and the shuttle was already full. We did manage to pick ourselves in and make it, but not without having to go with the driver back into the hotel to the concierge desk, and even then 1 of had to sit in the isle on the floor of the van sardined around luggage. It's virtually impossible to use the shower without spilling a fair bit of water into the rest of the bathroom. Seemed more a "form over function" design choice, or perhaps an unintended consequence of the good water pressure (which I was a fan of).
Best for a night before a flight!
The hotel had excellent wifi, the restaurant downstairs was great and affordable, the airport shuttle was very convenient, the staff took great care of me by letting me check in a bit early, the room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful. I'd had a chaotic 36 hours traveling internationally and needed a night to unwinde before my next flight. This did the trick.
Bit noisy in the day if you're trying to sleep, no a/c so it got pretty stuffy, bed was very firm, over priced but you pay for convenience I suppose.
Great location near the airport, with shuttle available 24 hours.
Ok for business, not so good for leisure travel
Very isolated unless you come with a car. Unable to easily get simple things like snacks. The hotel is the only close source of food, consequently the prices are high. The hotel was clean and the staff were fairly helpful.
Just what I needed!
Booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great deal. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel is next to the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. I would highly recommend for business or personal travel for someone looking to stay near the airport.
This hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle to take you to and from. Everyone is kind which is also a plus.
We came across a dry urine stain on our bed in I ur first room. Seemed to be on an additional disposable comfort sheet which could have easily been tossed whenever someone came across the issue. But the hotel quickly moved us to a new room after a quick phone call.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw smiles on all of their faces. This is very important to me. It was very clean.
