Pros (+) Apart from the manage in the restaurant the staff were to a man and woman rude, rude, rude!
Cons (-) From the minute you arrive you know you're being ripped off. The reception staff found me to be an inconvenience as they were busy chatting, then I showed up. The bedroom was basic, dated, with a very uncomfortable bed. Cons (-) Our room was dirty, there was folding furniture and lamps that didn't even work. The bed didn't have 2 pillows and there were stains in the bed. The furniture and mirrors were broken and scratches. There were stains on the carpet and no bag in the dirty trash can. I was pregnant and my husband and I were on our baby moon. Pros (+) the staff was nice....the shuttle to airport was great. The mattress was comfortable.
Cons (-) There was only a duvet option on the bed....no sheet....I was too warm but only option was to take cover off duvet or turn on a/c . Plus, the air in the room felt stale and stuffy...not a good feeling. Service in the restaurant was good at first, then didn't see anybody as it got busy. Overall, it was not worth the price and woudn't stay there again on my next trip to Ireland.
