Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast and convenient location, noting that it was close to restaurants, stores, and major attractions. However, many reviews expressed significant concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, stained towels, and poorly maintained facilities. The pool area received particularly negative feedback for being dirty or unusable, and several guests mentioned safety hazards and maintenance issues. While some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, service quality was inconsistent. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and amenities like breakfast, improvements are needed in cleanliness and pool maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews
