Cons (-) Restaurant very poor. Food cold. Bar advertised martinis in the vault named for famous bank robbers . Bartender did not have a clue. They should clean up their advertising.

Many reviewers highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Pros (+) With hurricane Florence approaching the Gov of South Carolina declared a state of emergency. The roads were reversed for evacuation routes and we could not get to the hotel. The hotel would not refund our reservation. Total rip off and the manager could care less.
Pros (+) Nice vault bar for weary travelers
Pros (+) This hotel has a ton to offer and the price is right
Pros (+) The help the staff was able to do or the suggestion if they could not
Cons (-) It could use a little bit better maintenance team
Pros (+) The staff was very nice, and the bed was wonderful! Rooms very clean
Cons (-) Parking was not included in the price of your room. Valet was $22 a night, or you could park your own car for $16 a day in the parking garage. We got in at two in the morning, so this was kind of a problem, as I decided to park at the meter due to the expense. Breakfast is not included in the price of the hotel, although there are several restaurants around the hotel.
Cons (-) Valet was pricey for Columbia
Pros (+) Stop by the rooftop bar at sunset for the best view of Columbia.
