Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location with stunning views, especially of the port and waterfront. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and attentive service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as tasteful decor and comfort. Some guests noted minor drawbacks such as lack of air conditioning, limited breakfast variety, and small storage spaces, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. The breakfast and restaurant offerings were generally appreciated, though a few guests desired more variety or freshness.
