Pros (+) Staff very kind, they allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra charge. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. Breakfast was above average. Room is spacious, very comfy.
Cons (-) Bathroom needed cleaning. Found hairs in the shower, and toilet was not properly cleaned.
Pros (+) Staff was great, room was nice and new. There were some issues with the cleanliness if the towels and linens but staff was quick to try and resolve the issue
Cons (-) Hairs in the towels and sheets. The bed wasn't the softness but I know bed preference varies, greatly.
