10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mary and Jimmy are the best hosts! We have loved staying here.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our own separate lodge with kitchen and lounge area was a real bonus. All the little touches were homely and the drinks, fruit and snacks very much appreciated. Mary and Jimmy were brilliant - very attentive and accommodating.
Cons: The fifth bed was a z bed in the lounge. This was ok for just one night but would not have been ideal if for more nights, both for the person having to sleep there and the space it took up in the lounge. Saying that, it was just a relief to find somewhere and such a lovely place that catered for 5 at all so this wasn’t really a problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Huge range on offer. Individual tates and preferences catered for. Well presented and first class service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, big comfy room, fantastic breakfast and our hosts were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Loved the little extra touches that you don't get in a hotel like biscuits with your tea. A hidden gem that we will most definitely be staying again.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! It was like staying in an apartment within a house, having your own door that opened directly onto the back garden so didnt need to enter through the main house. And the breakfast, just fabulous ❤
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jimmy and Mary, the breakfast, and the grounds were wonderful! The place is adorable, but you need a car to get around (which we had). I loved the stay and would stay again :)
Cons: nothing!
10.0 Excellent

Cons: We normally stay in hotels but after this brilliant service by our host could not do enough for us As for breakfast was seco d to none all you could ask for We will be staying here again when were in Dublin area better than any hotel we stayed in in Dublin Top marks all round
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful host, they were very hospitable. I will definitely recommend and will come here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Booked a room for myself and 2 children for one night. Nice quiet area with well maintained lawns and benches around the house, would be lovely in summer. Plenty of room for parking. The room was warm, comfortable and clean. Everything we could need. We got a warm welcome from Jimmy who couldn't do enough for us all. When we got to the room there was actually enough beds for 4 people. I asked him if my sister who lives on the other side of Dublin could stay with us and have breakfast. This was no problem. He took such care with the breakfasts with plenty of options, the food was delicious. He even made the girls some hot chocolate. Time to check out and he wouldn't take any extra money for my sister staying.! A real gent. Will definitely be back. Couldn't recommend enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mary and Jimmy are excellent hosts. The food was delicious! They were so helpful in all aspects our stay including doing a load of laundry, finding a cab, packing a breakfast when we needed to leave early for the airport. It was truly a wonderful experience. BTW, we arrived home safely yesterday. Thank you, Mary and Jimmy!

Pros: Wow! This is a little gem. So close to the airport and yet so quiet. The house is not overlooked by any other houses to the back or front. The host was so informative and friendly. The room was stocked really well. Loads of little extra touches. A 5 star property. I will definitely be staying here again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a lovely place and I loved the idea of breakfast in the room allowing us to stay in the room longer!
9.0 Excellent

Cons: Long bus drive to Dublin
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absouletly stunning cottage. A very luxurious room. One of the nicest places ive ever had the pleasure of staying in. 5 star accommodation at exceptionally reasonable prices. The hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make the stay so enjoyable.
Cons: There's nothing to fault about this beautiful cottage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked this stay as a need to stay somewhere last year (In 2017) but quickly changed my view when I saw how amazing this cottage is! My friend and I were greeted immediately and before talking Business was offered tea, coffee, or champagne. After receiving the tea, he sat down with us and outlined all the restaurants and bars in the area to try and ones to stay away from since it was a holiday. On top of the holiday there was a rugby match going on so it would have been hard to find a place to sit down and eat or have a beer. I was very satisfied with my service and given the opportunity to stay in Dublin again I would choose this in a heartbeat. Thank you rose cottage!!!
Cons: There was nothing in control of the cottage that was in satisfied with the weather is another comment.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Our host, Dan, exlemplified the term. This was our first day in Ireland, and we felt utterly lost. Dan reached out to us before our plane even left home, asking when he might expect us. We had an email dialog that helped us use the public transportation system to reach the B&B. He let us drop our luggage off and explore Dublin while waiting for check-in time, then showed us the best bus routes to take. In the morning, he cooked up a great Irish breakfast for us to get our day started. About the bed, we took it for granted. It was a nice, comfortable mattress, which we wished we had for the next two weeks. It seems comfortable beds are not common in Europe and the UK, so it was a real luxury to have had our first night after a full day of travel at Rose Cottage.
Cons: It is a bit outside of Dublin center, so the bus ride takes about an hour...if there is not a hurling match happening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Continental breakfast in the room was fantastic. Bed was really comfy. Everything really
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved the Rose Cottage and wish we could have stayed longer. It was perfect in every way—beautiful decor, really comfortable beds, super clean, and the hosts were amazing. Dan and Dominika were friendly, accommodating, and readily available. They even provided gluten free breakfast foods on short notice! We especially loved the armoire that had been converted into a bar/breakfast cabinet—a wonderful touch!
Cons: Honestly, we have zero complaints.

7.0 Good
Pros: The host, Olive is an absolute delight. Breakfast and the dining nook are exactly what one hopes for in a B&B. Check in and check out were a breeze. Very close to town to pop down for a meal. Close to the airport for easy departure.
Cons: We were disappointed in the quality of the wifi. There was an extender outside of our room but it was blinking caution the entire time and the main wifi did not reach our room. The extender signal looked strong but it was frustrating as it did not register.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! Lovely owner, very helpful and friendly, exceptional, fresh prepared breakfast, quite location full of green!
Cons: Nothing negative to note
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good cooked breakfast, very friendly host, very helpful with directions and local info.

Abbeyglen Cottage - Swords - Bedroom

9.4 Excellent (177 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bernadette and Andrew were incredibly sweet and very welcoming. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Strongly recommend if you like that personal experience and having a place that doesn’t feel so much like a hotel. We sure did!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts provide such amazing personal attention from check-in to a customized breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, only a few minutes from the airport and close to a great pub and shopping center. Will stay here anytime we're in Dublin!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very convenient for the Dublin airport and easily walkable to village of Swords. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us valuable information about the surrounding area and suggestions for restaurants and pubs. Accomodations were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We needed to leave prior to the usual breakfast time and the hosts agreed to serve us early. Highly recommend!!
San Juan B&B - Cloghran - Building

9.1 Excellent (291 reviews)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The host was very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We chose this property primarily because of its proximity to Dublin Airport and we were not disappointed in any respect.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Really a special place!
6.0 Good
Pros: Cathy is a kind and well-meaning hostess. She kindly called a cab when asked. She seemed attentive to her guests. There seems to be a bus nearby which takes about 30-40 minutes into the city-centre, depending upon the time of day. The price of the room(s) is commensurately less expensive than in the city-centre. Close to the airport.
Cons: The property needs updating and perhaps a deep-clean. There was some red mold in the shower stall, which might be acceptable in one's own home, but not in a hotel or B&B. If the window treatments in the breakfast area are not replaced, they also could use a cleaning. I was well-aware that it was going to be a haul into Dublin city-centre from this property. And while it is close to the airport, a cab or private care is necessary as I don't believe there was public transport available to the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great people. Close to Dublin. Very close to the airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the warm welcome
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, close to bus stop and Dublin airport. Wonderful helpful hostess. Room large and comfortable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, the staff and the food were all amazing
Cons: Having to leave
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All went well, everything was excellent
Cons: Nothing all was superb
7.0 Good
Pros: Location handy for airport.
Cons: When we arrived, we found that the shower head support was badly corroded. We reported it and were immediately moved to another "accessible" room - so no problem. One other point worth a gentle mention! The emergency alarm cord in the bathroom had been tied up and knotted so that it dangled to about waist height, but it's actually supposed to reach the floor and should never be knotted up. The reason for that design is that if a disabled person falls in the bathroom and can't get up, he or she needs to raise the alarm while lying on the floor, and a dangling cord way out of reach is no help! Anyway, I didn't fall (and rarely do), so no harm done - but this note may be of help to the next disabled visitor.

Located in Dublin, Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport Hotel is connected to the airport, within a 10-minute drive of Omni Park Shopping Centre and Highfield Healthcare. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
6.8 Good
Pros: Very convienet to the airport (less than 5 minutes) and nice, newer rooms. The built-in USB ports for charging devices was an especially nice touch.
Cons: We booked two spots on arrival for the shuttle back to the airport for our return the next day, but when we came down the following morning at our scheduled time, they had not held the spots and the shuttle was already full. We did manage to pick ourselves in and make it, but not without having to go with the driver back into the hotel to the concierge desk, and even then 1 of had to sit in the isle on the floor of the van sardined around luggage. It's virtually impossible to use the shower without spilling a fair bit of water into the rest of the bathroom. Seemed more a "form over function" design choice, or perhaps an unintended consequence of the good water pressure (which I was a fan of).
7.0 Good
Pros: Facilities , comfort of room
Cons: Check -in . Lady at desk ignored me on approach to desk and carried on typing on computer. The man was busy checking someone else in . When he became free he turned to me and asked if she hadn’t checked me in and she looked up and said no she was busy. The man was very helpful and did all he could to make experience a good one, was let down by his colleague.
7.7 Good
Pros: The hotel had excellent wifi, the restaurant downstairs was great and affordable, the airport shuttle was very convenient, the staff took great care of me by letting me check in a bit early, the room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful. I'd had a chaotic 36 hours traveling internationally and needed a night to unwinde before my next flight. This did the trick.
Cons: Bit noisy in the day if you're trying to sleep, no a/c so it got pretty stuffy, bed was very firm, over priced but you pay for convenience I suppose.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: New rooms with an excellent bed and great bathrooms
Cons: Menu was decent but not overly extensive. Gym has all the basics you need but not overly welcoming facilities and layout.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: compared to another Dublin airport I stayed at, it was better.
Cons: compared to most other city's airport hotels, Dublin's are poor quality and OVER priced. Lucky for Ireland that there are lots of Irish American's enamored with travelling to Ireland, but IMHO it's over priced for the so-so accommodations and service that you get in the country.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed
8.0 Excellent
Cons: We were running a work meeting with many international participants. Perfect location & facilities.
7.0 Good
Cons: Lobby and restaurant are beautiful, but is obvious they did not update rooms. There was a very large red stain on the carpet.
6.0 Good
Pros: An accommodating staff at the reception
Cons: Hi, Booked for 1 night 1 family room in booking.com. Arrived at the reception for the day of our stay but was told I need to have 2 rooms for the whole family I wasnt expecting it. Coz we have been staying in some other hotels for my son's activities months prior we are only accommodated with 1 room explained this at the reception but 1 staff is not very nice. Ended up paying 2 rooms but we literally just used mostly 1 room. But the lady in the restaurant was so kind and accommodating you need more hotel staff like her. I realised it was a waste of money. Was late giving my review coz i thought time will just passed it but till this time I couldnt understand the reason why.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is very nice with the the amentities of a golf course hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and well maintained. We had a room with two beds that were more than adequate for our needs. I think this is a good value hotel and it is convenient to the airport without being too close.
Cons: The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the entrance to the hotel. There is no good way to turn your car around to head back to the parking lot. After you get back in your car you are pointing to the back of the hotel and it is very poorly designed as there is no good way to head towards to parking lot.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, room was clean, food wasn't bad
Cons: Bar glasses were stained, barman sold Guinness as best on North side of Dublin it clearly wasn't, couldn't even drink the point, he obviously thought I was a tourist because I'm English but I've lived in Ireland for 20 years
6.7 Good
Cons: Went for dinner at 7.30 starter came at 8 and still no main course by 9 to late to eat so no dinner

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to airport
Cons: The main reason for our stay was we had an early morning flight to Delhi. Unfortunately the free shuttle bus failed to turn up at 06.30 which meant we had to walk with large suitcases to Terminal 1.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel. By far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Great room service.
Cons: Lovely room but I had to move couch to make it safe for my 15 month old daughter who was climbing up on it and I was afraid she would fall down the side, so, when I moved it towards the wall it was absolutely filthy underneath the couch. Looked like it had never been moved to be cleaned. Bottle tops dirt and dust. Wasn’t impressed.

Cons: Our toilet did not flush

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It deserves five stars!
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff.
Cons: n/a
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at Radisson Blu several times when travelling on an early flight from Dublin Airport. The position is great in walking distance to the terminals and there is also a shuttle service leaving every 15-30 minutes free of charge. The superior room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We liked the bar serving some bar food and there is also a restaurant for those who prefer to sit down and enjoy more choice. Overall a very pleasant stay and highly recommended to travelers out of Dublin.
Cons: Check-in time can be rather lengthy while waiting in line to be served. Feels like they need much more time per person than in other hotels, so he front desk may work on speeding up their check-in process or just have more desk staff available during busy periods like in the late afternoon.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The man who drove the shuttle bus to the airport
Cons: I ate at the restaurant on Thursday night and have been extremely sick since 12 midnight since. I have been to the hospital twice and the said I had gastroinitis I have not been able to go to work today

Pros: We stayed there few times simple cause of the location and last minute acailability. The bar/restsurant downstairs is quite nice and they do life music. Can't comment on food as we have our favourites in the area so never tried food there
Cons: Hotel is in bad need of refurbishing. We stayed there good few times cause of the location and last minute availability. The price range for the same room or worse can range from 64 to 119 euro that is very high for what they got to offer and it is hard to comprehend. Won't be staying there again.

Pros: The room was clean and peaceful - far, far nicer than what I had expected to get for the price I paid - and the staff were exceedingly nice! The pub downstairs had a very friendly atmosphere, too.
Cons: I wish my stay had been longer!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I wanted an inexpensive hotel located near the Dublin airport. This met those requirements. Check in was easy. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. The internet was great. Although the property is older the room was clean with everything I needed. I would stay here again.

6.0 Good
Pros: breakfast was self service, simple and food choices reasonable
Cons: building is somewhat old and some renovation work has been done but requires more
5.0 Okay
Pros: Convenient to the airport. Free parking was great. Decent breakfast offerings. Front desk staff very responsive and helpful. I know they’re working on the building and planning on upgrading the heating system.
Cons: Freezing bathroom, radiator had been removed from bathroom so it was too cold to shower. Also mold around floor and shower. The soap in bathroom looks like dish soap... The room had four reading lamps above the beds but one bulb was missing and the other 3 were blown. Front desk staff came immediately to replace them, I would think the house keeping staff should be checking bulbs. . The TV is ridiculously small! Very poor signal for tv.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager Abbi could not have been more helpful and the shuttle bus to the airport stops right outside the guesthouse The journey time to the airport is less than 10 minutes and costs only 3 euros !!

Pros: The woman Mandy was lovely,Made me feel very comfortable, The polish girl on the next day was very nice too ,Room was big and lovely and warm at night,I stayed with my one year old for a flight the next morning and he had a great comfortable sleep, Breakfast was grand for the price considering its only a 5 shuttle bus for two euro to the airport, It snowed the next morning and the view was beautiful from the breakfast room , Great place to stay with children, would definitely recommend.
Cons: Breakfast was good for the price considering location but would of loved a fry up but breakfast was still grand
7.0 Good
Pros: breakfast was lovely (apart from a missing porridge pots, but that is a very small thing) Room was warm and clean, bed comfortable.
Cons: My view was railings, fence and carriage wall, quite awful. But hey, one only needs to wash and rest.. A note in the room about penalties in case of missing towels was a bit overboard...AS IF!!!
